Lead Software QA Engineer

We’re looking for a Lead Software QA Engineer to help drive quality across our distributed ecosystem. This individual will: - Lead QA Delivery and automation initiatives - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into robust automated test coverage. - Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. - Ensure that new features are delivered with automated test coverage and at high quality, supporting efficient and reliable deployments. - Develop deep knowledge of the company’s solutions and continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and practices. - Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including tool evaluations, proof‑of‑concepts, and automation best practices. - Support manual and UAT efforts when needed, ensuring alignment with QA standards. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. You must have: - 3-5 years of experience in UI & API Automation - 5-7 years of experience in QA and Agile Practices. - Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish (both written and verbal) Why First Advantage is Your Next Big Career Move First Advantage is going through a technology transformation!
