You’ll work closely with the admin and recruitment team on a variety of tasks like: Updating Excel sheets and internal databases Supporting admin processes and business development Helping improve workflows and internal tools Assisting in client negotiations and team communication Community-building on Facebook for candidates Screening candidates Support our recruiters Answering emails via our shared inbox Updating internal documents, PDFs, and onboarding materials Requirements ... Fluent in English (B2+) and one other EU language Skilled with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Active on social media privately You Are ...
