They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Head to lead their sales and business development efforts, focusing on generating leads, closing deals, and creating effective sales strategies while managing a team of junior executives.
Responsibilities
- Generate Leads through Linkedin and Email Marketing for National, International Market
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients & Collaborate with companies
- Manage sales pipeline & Create new pipelines
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Improving the brand search volume and presence in the market
Skills
- Proven experience of 5+ years in business development or sales, specifically within the digital marketing industry
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets
- Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, and other digital marketing services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
