[Remote] Staff, Product Manager

They are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join their Onboarding and Compliance team, responsible for managing products related to Senders and Numbers while ensuring compliance with telecommunications regulations and creating user-friendly onboarding experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate these requirements into user stories
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments against defined success metrics
- Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Partner with GTM to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to obtain product adoption and growth
- Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments
Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies
- Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals
- Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges
- Experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience
- Experience working in a regulated ecosystem
