[Remote] Project Manager

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing detailed clinical project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
- Leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives
- Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in life science, project management, business, or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position and a minimum of 2 years of direct global clinical project management experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing clinical projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
- Clinical Project management experience from CRO or Biotech company highly preferred
- CNS/Rare Disease indication experience preferred
