[Remote] National Sales Manager

This executive leadership role is focused on driving national growth, expanding advisor relationships, and leading a high-performing distribution organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute national sales and distribution strategy across advisor and partner channels
- Drive new plan growth and expand relationships with advisors, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, and strategic partners
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing national sales organization
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and technology teams to support scalable growth and client satisfaction
- Represent the organization at industry events and key client/advisor meetings
Skills
- Proven retirement industry sales leader
- Deep expertise in the defined contribution retirement marketplace
- Proven track record of driving growth through advisor engagement
- Team leadership experience
- Operational alignment experience
