Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Euna Solutions is looking for an Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team. The role involves driving net new sales of their solutions for the public sector, navigating complex sales cycles, and building trust with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive results: Exceed your targets and maintain the energy and focus to win
  • Build and manage your pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and prioritize opportunities that move the needle
  • Collaborate and mentor: Partner with a BDR in your territory to create opportunities and share what works
  • Understand your customers: Uncover their pain points and tailor Euna solutions that create measurable impact
  • Differentiate with purpose: Tell the Euna story with conviction—why we exist, what we solve, and how we deliver value
  • Own the process: From RFPs to closing, you quarterback the deal with precision, communication, and urgency
  • Represent Euna in the market: Be visible at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Use your tools well: Plan, track, and execute in Salesforce—owning your time, data, and results

Skills

  • 3-5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS or Public Sector sales
  • Confident navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals in municipal or government settings
  • Comfortable selling software that drives operational transformation
  • A strong communicator—equally at ease with C-level executives and technical teams
  • Self-directed, organized, and unafraid to take ownership of outcomes
  • Obsessed with learning, growth, and improvement—both yours and your customers'
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle sales
  • Strong collaboration skills—especially with BDRs, Solution Engineers, and RFP teams
  • Experience with procurement processes (bonus points)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
