[Remote] Creative Video Production Manager

The Creative Video Production Manager will lead the concept-to-completion video production process, focusing on animation and motion graphics to support brand and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development and production of video and motion-based content from concept through final execution
  • Create motion graphics and animation as the primary creative discipline
  • Support end-to-end video production, including creative concepting, planning, editing, producing, and/or directing as needed
  • Develop multi-media content for internal and external marquee events, including:
  • Manifesto videos
  • Speaker bumpers
  • Interstitials
  • Venue screen content
  • Mainstage presentations
  • Produce marketing content across a variety of formats, including:
  • Brand videos
  • Social videos
  • Product videos
  • Paid media creative
  • Testimonials
  • Partner with marketing, content, product, events, leadership, sales, and external agencies to gather requirements and deliver polished creative assets
  • Translate strategic objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling
  • Maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all video and motion deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder needs
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions that improve the overall impact and effectiveness of video content

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, animation, or multimedia creative development
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent motion design and video production work
  • Primary expertise in animation and motion graphics with additional competency in at least one of the following: editing, producing, or directing
  • Proven ability to develop creative concepts and execute them through final delivery
  • Experience creating content for large-scale internal or external events
  • Experience producing a range of video content for events, campaigns, marketing, and brand initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to balance creative quality and turnaround speed
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, concept-to-completion environment
