Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join their Inside Sales Representative team, focusing on inbound sales. The role involves consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting leads into policyholders while enjoying flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
  • Using sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders
  • Representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs
  • Adapting well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders
  • Ensuring customers receive exactly the quality products and services they need

Skills

  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred
