[Remote] Administrative Assistant

AOM Infusion is a leading provider of home and specialty infusion therapy, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the communities we serve. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Nursing Department by facilitating the efficient operation of the assigned department through various clerical and administrative tasks. This role involves performing duties such as filing, data entry, and responding to administrative inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to team effort by implementing clerical duties and administrative processes as assigned by supervisor
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, reporting, etc
- Assists in the maintaining of document data base
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Conduct data entry
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Handles multiple projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year's experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Excellent communications skills, telephone skills, and organizational skills
