[Remote] Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

They are seeking a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a primary contact for enterprise customers, managing relationships, implementation, and product launches while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with business + product leaders, identify and accelerate the strategy, implementation, program management, and operationalization of key partner initiatives across several verticals at Zeal
- Own the relationships with our partners, and advocate for them internally. Understand their problems and execute on the solution
- Partner with product and engineering to solve technical problems for customers and build helpful technical guides to assist customers with implementation
- Provide intellectual leadership through business analyses to develop concrete solutions or recommendations for our partners
- Develop strong cross functional relationships across Zeal’s and our partner’s leadership teams, becoming a trusted thought partner on all things program management, fintech, and partner growth
- Ideate with the Program Management Team and execute on initiatives to drive-down integration time, reduce integration churn, and increase customer NPS + resign percentages
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management
- 8+ years of total work experience at tech companies
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to customers
- Enjoy working with the customer directly, and spending most of your day on live calls learning from users
- Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion
- Enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders and can draw insights and takeaways from disparate conversations
- Prior experience in customer facing roles at startups in the API, fintech, or HR tech space
- Prior experience in cross-selling/up-selling customers
