[Remote] Senior Account Executive (Commission-Based)

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth in the automotive dealership market, managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with automotive dealerships and dealer groups
- Travel to dealership and client locations to conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general managers, sales managers, service managers, and other key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Clearly communicate the value of Kebi's AI-powered SaaS platform and how it improves dealership operations
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and sales records in the company CRM
- Collaborate with leadership, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Provide market feedback to help shape product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Represent Kebi AI professionally at dealership visits, industry events, and networking opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build trust with executive-level and dealership-level decision-makers
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client sites, including weekly dealership visits as needed
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, automotive solutions, or dealership services
- Existing relationships in the automotive dealership industry
- Familiarity with AI, automation, CRM platforms, or automotive technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
