Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Consultant (Denver Hub)

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Customer Service Consultant who will serve as the essential bridge between our online shoppers and the in‑store experience. Working from the comfort of your home while staying connected to our Denver Customer Experience Center (CEC), you will guide prospective buyers through every step of the vehicle acquisition process—answering inquiries, recommending inventory, facilitating financing, and coordinating delivery. This role blends sales acumen with genuine customer care, offering a clear pathway to performance‑based earnings and long‑term career growth within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Engage inbound customers via phone, chat, and email to uncover their vehicle preferences, budget constraints, and lifestyle needs.
  • Leverage arenaflex’s extensive inventory to match customers with cars that align with their criteria, highlighting features, warranties, and financing options.
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial interest and online appraisal to financing application, trade‑in evaluation, and final delivery scheduling.
  • Ensure a seamless transition between the digital experience and the physical dealership, coordinating with on‑site staff to guarantee a smooth handoff.
  • Mentor and coach teammates as you develop expertise, sharing best practices and helping newer consultants achieve their targets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the iconic, high‑quality customer experience that defines arenaflex.
  • Obtain the required Automotive Sales Person License in applicable states, including any necessary testing or in‑person steps.
  • Participate in weekly on‑site collaboration at the Denver CEC to stay aligned with product updates, marketing campaigns, and team initiatives.

  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service environments; a track record of meeting or surpassing performance metrics is preferred.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

Base Pay: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $18.00 to $26.70, based on experience and market benchmarks.
