Key Responsibilities

  • Process Orders, Returns, and Account Updates: Accurately enter customer information into arenaflex's CRM platform, process transactions, initiate refunds or exchanges, and update account details while maintaining strict data integrity.
  • Educate Customers: Walk users through product features, troubleshooting steps, and self-service options available in their online accounts. Empower customers to find answers independently whenever possible.
  • Leverage Knowledge Resources: Use arenaflex's internal knowledge base, FAQs, and training materials to provide accurate, consistent information. Contribute suggestions for new articles or updates based on recurring customer questions.
  • Document Every Interaction: Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer conversations, resolutions, and follow-up actions in our ticketing system. This documentation helps the broader team identify trends and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with fellow remote agents, team leads, and other departments at arenaflex to share insights, troubleshoot tricky cases, and continuously improve the customer experience.
