Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic service team. In this full-time role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for existing customers who have been placed with one of our partnered insurance carriers. You will be working in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, where your ability to listen, problem-solve, and deliver exceptional service will directly influence customer retention, satisfaction, and the overall success of our organization.
This is not a generic customer service position. You will be a key contributor to a specialized insurance services team, helping policyholders navigate their coverage, billing, and policy management needs while identifying opportunities to better serve their evolving insurance requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment, using multiple programs, platforms, and systems simultaneously to resolve needs quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a broad working knowledge of insurance requirements, carrier guidelines, and state-specific regulations spanning dozens of states and multiple carrier partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to coverages, billing questions, payment processing, and detailed policy history with clarity and professionalism.
- Take a proactive, consultative approach to assess each customer's needs and identify opportunities to enhance their coverage, ensuring they are placed with the best possible product for their unique situation.
- Create and pass along qualified opportunities to our in-house consultants for upselling, cross-selling, re-shopping, and rewriting policies to maximize value for both the customer and the organization.
- Resolve customer issues, process payments, answer policy questions, and process endorsements and policy changes in accordance with company and carrier standards.
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of all software platforms, products, processes, and carrier systems used by arenaflex.
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, including high call quality (QA) scores, process adherence, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Perform all other duties as assigned in support of team and organizational goals.
Essential Qualifications
- Active resident state Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when collecting, reviewing, and entering customer data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
- High-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience within the non-standard insurance market, ideally in a multi-insurance carrier or multi-rater environment.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
- Working knowledge of named non-owner policies, SR-22 filings, and FR-44 state filings.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, which is highly desired and will allow you to serve an even broader customer base.
- Experience with comparative rater systems and carrier-specific portals.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent in the insurance services industry. The starting salary range for this position is $41,600 to $43,680 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a monthly incentive opportunity with a target of $500 per month for high performers.
