Position Overview: Remote Sales Chat Representative

We are hiring a Remote Sales Chat Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador for arenaflex. In this role, you will engage with warm and inbound customer leads through our proprietary live chat platform, guide them through product options, answer questions with confidence, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. You will use our custom-built sales software to manage customer interactions, send invoices, and track every step of the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers in real-time via our live chat platform, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and consultative support throughout the buyer journey.
  • Product Consultation: Educate customers on the wide range of shipping container options available through arenaflex, including standard storage containers, custom-modified units, container homes, pop-up shops, portable offices, emergency shelters, garden sheds, and specialty builds.
  • Sales Conversion: Use proven chat-based sales techniques to close deals directly within the chat interface, addressing objections, building value, and guiding customers toward confident purchasing decisions.
  • Invoicing and Order Processing: Generate and send invoices through arenaflex’s proprietary sales software, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, delivery information, and customer data.
  • Lead Management and Handoff: Add every qualified lead to your assigned sales pipeline so that a dedicated sales manager can follow up with personalized phone calls to further nurture the relationship and close larger or more complex orders.
  • CRM and Account Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, lead status updates, and sales activity within arenaflex’s internal systems to support team-wide reporting and performance analysis.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in daily training sessions designed to sharpen your sales skills, deepen your product knowledge, and keep you up to date on industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices in chat-based selling.
  • Mentorship Engagement: Actively engage with the Q&A group and lean on assigned mentors to overcome challenges, accelerate your learning curve, and consistently exceed sales targets.
