About the Role

  • Offer Promotional Discounts and Special Offers: Identify opportunities to share relevant promotions, coupon codes, or special offers with customers, helping to drive conversions and increase sales while ensuring the customer feels valued.
  • Direct Customers to Helpful Resources: Share links, guides, tutorials, and other resources that empower customers to find answers on their own and make informed decisions.
