Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like

As a member of our client‑success team, you will engage prospects across multiple platforms, nurture relationships, and close sales for high‑ticket coaching programs. Your daily schedule will be structured yet dynamic, allowing you to balance outreach, follow‑up, and growth activities.

  • Conversation Initiation (2 hours): Craft compelling opening messages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels to spark genuine interest.
  • Follow‑Up Management (2 hours): Maintain a systematic pipeline, responding to inquiries, providing additional information, and moving leads toward a decision.
  • Organic Account Growth (2 hours): Implement proven tactics to increase follower counts, boost engagement, and position the coach’s brand as an authority.
  • Lead Closing (1 hour 30 minutes): Conduct consultative sales conversations, address objections, and finalize transactions that convert followers into paying clients.
  • Team Coordination & Reporting (30 minutes): Share daily updates, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring

  • Advanced/native English proficiency (C1‑C2 level) with flawless written communication.
