While we consider all qualified applicants, we have a strong preference for individuals available for the first shift (8:30 am – 3:30 pm). Weekend‑shift candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly telephone voice.
  • Strong computer literacy; comfortable navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to type accurately using function keys (F‑keys) while speaking.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 4 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload for basic setup).
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a wired USB headset.
