Job Summary As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling incoming calls and customer service inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Schedule appointments for home repair companies
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

• Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills

• PC with at least Windows 7
