They are seeking a skilled Researcher/Scriptwriter to create engaging and informative content for their YouTube channel. Looking for candidates from: INDONESIA Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on YouTube mechanics, audience engagement strategies, and industry trends. • Develop compelling scripts and video tutorials that follow a step-by-step format, ensuring clarity and accessibility for viewers of all ages. • Craft attention-grabbing hooks and introductions to pique viewer interest and encourage continued viewership. • Collaborate with the video production team to ensure seamless integration of scripts and visual elements. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the YouTube niche to produce evergreen and relevant content. • Create two videos per week, with a minimum length of 10 minutes per video. Requirements: • Excellent writing and communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of YouTube algorithms, audience engagement tactics, and video optimization techniques. • Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information into concise and engaging scripts. • Familiarity with video production processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with a production team. • Proven experience in creating compelling and evergreen content for online platforms. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
