Microsoft 365 Consultant

Vorsite is looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator who has 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 cloud services and Windows operating system. The ideal candidate should be... comfortable working with customers and solving problems. They should also have experience working as a technology consultant and have system administrator skills. Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor Microsoft 365 services and applications, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD. • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and desktop support of Microsoft 365 issues and incidents. • Implement and enforce security policies and best practices for Microsoft 365 environment. • Provide technical support and guidance to end users and customers on Microsoft 365 features and functionalities. • Stay updated on the latest developments and trends of Microsoft 365 and related technologies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 cloud services and Windows operating system. • Certification in Microsoft 365 or related technologies is a plus. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and security. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented and customer-focused. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
