Data Entry Specialist

Skyline Art is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Data Entry: • Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases. • Verify data accuracy and completeness. • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods. • Data Management: • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files as required. • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. • Generate and distribute reports as needed. • Quality Assurance: • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with other team members to... resolve data inconsistencies. • Implement improvements to data entry processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. • Communication: • Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies and gather additional information. • Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed. Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields are a plus. • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred. • Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software. • Basic understanding of databases and data management systems.
