Remote, Remote, US Requisition ID: 10061 Description: This is a SMART data entry position for a billing and enrollment team that provides support for individual members in enrollment and membership maintenance. The job requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions. Good computer skills and ability to work remotely is required. Experience in healthcare, specifically billing and enrollment is a plus. Pay - $16/hr. Training- 11weeks Mon-Fri ; 9.00am- 5.30pm EST • Ability to follow multi-step directions and navigate multiple programs and systems. • Problem solving/Critical thinking skills while independent in a virtual environment (Enrollment, refund decision making-Open Enrollment/Membership it is very detail oriented: eg: Adding dependents, updating coverage, calculating premiums, adding additional insurance coverage, terminations, newborn adds, name & dob mismatches, interpreting applications and uploading the correct information.) • Comfortable with remote computer learning. WFH experience is preferable. The ability to learn easily in a team environment is important. • Able to accept constructive criticism • Training duration - 4-6 weeks Requirements – • pass a required assessment within the training period • 40 wpm • Must be proficient in computer skills/typing skills • QNXT experience would be a huge plus for both claims/data entry that is their primary system for processing Apply Job!
