Visit us to learn more at: https://www.lavu.com/ We’re in search of a hyper dopamine, content hungry individual that will produce and develop meaningful video content that will be used across our growing social media channels, with a specific focus on growing our TikTok account. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: • Significant experience as a TikTok user and creator • History of creating eye catching, hyper dopamine content that will perform well and has high engagement • Lead the development of the brand’s TikTok social campaigns • Work closely with the marketing team to develop custom content and engagement strategies with prospects, influencers and brands • Have a strong pulse on the latest TikTok trends, sounds, and hashtag strategy • Understands that each social media platform promotes slightly different content • Experiments with editing styles to achieve viral success and brand consistency • Extensive experience conceptualizing, filming and editing Tik Tok/Reel videos • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience producing Youtube shorts is a plus Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to generate TikTok organic content with 1 million + views • 1-3 years of content creation and video editing experience • Understands and can interpret KPI’s and social metrics • Can provide examples of TikTok content that performed well and drove attention • On-site attendance at either our Tampa, FL office, hybrid or remote (US Only) Please apply with your resume, cover letter and examples of your previous work Apply Job!
