We are expanding nationally and looking for professionals to work in Florida to market our product to residential real estate brokers and agents. Our target market is Tampa Bay, FL. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented business development individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our innovative software product. The ideal candidate will have a book of business from previous experiences in Title, Warranty, etc in Tampa Bay, FL. Sellers Shield is an online platform that guides home seller through the disclosure forms. Agents invite their sellers to disclose and when the seller finishes, both the seller and agent receive completed, signed forms. This service is free to use. During the process, sellers (and agents) have the option to purchase our Home Sale Legal Protection. At the first sign of trouble, even a verbal threat from the buyer, sellers notify us and we hire a local, expert real estate attorney, support the seller from start to finish, and pay up to their plan's legal fees ($30K or $75K). The disclosure platform helps prevent mistakes and Home Sale Legal Protection gives sellers peace of mind. Our product is a true Win-Win for all involved and we need talented people to help make it a part of the 5 million annual home sale transactions in the US every year. The primary goal of this individual will be to get brokerages and top agents to use our free disclosure platform and to understand the benefits of Home Sale Legal Protection. Responsibilities: • Market Sellers Shield Products to residential real estate Brokers and Agents • Manage a pipeline of leads through calls, meetings, networking events, private client entertainment, social media, and e-mail communications. • Build strong relationships with potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor and resource. • Works strongly with leadership to create, coordinate and brainstorm policy and procedures to optimize market opportunities. Compensation: • Base Salary plus commission. Qualifications: • Proven success in business development in the residential real estate market. • Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills. Can do attitude and quick on your feet. • Proven track record indicating ability to close deals and achieve sales quotas while maintaining ongoing customer relationships. • Strong oral and written communication skills- a must. • Preferred but not required - Four-year college degree. • Must be a team player who adds to the positive, innovative culture. • Familiarity with sales software and tools, preferable Hubspot. • If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for business growth and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
