MUST BE LOCAL/NEAR WILMINGTON, DE Job Description... • Will receive inbound calls from members regarding home healthcare and benefits • This is a call center / customer service type position • Will receive about 30-40 calls per day • 2+ years of experience required in a call center, doctors office, or customer service related position • Must have good computer skills (almost 95% of work will be on the computer) • Must be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Computer savvy • Excellent communication both verbal and written • Must have excellent customer service skills • Must be comfortable answering phone calls • Must be able to work well with others • Must be polite • Will work closely with Case Managers and Nurses • Experience with medical terminology Job Type: Contract Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Work from home Shift: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Inbound/Outbound Calls: 1 year (Required) • Call center: 1 year (Required) • Medical terminology: 1 year (Required) Location: • Wilmington, DE (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
