FSTONE Technologies is seeking a remote WFH Full Time Technical Support / Customer Service Representative with exceptional typing skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat, and resolve any... issues they may encounter. Additionally, you will also be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing general administrative support.
