WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ?? Manychat is seeking a dynamic and creative Channel Manager, YouTube to join our growing Marketing team. As a Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling video content that educates and entertains our audience. You will have the opportunity to grow our YouTube channel by showcasing your expertise in video production, storytelling, and audience engagement. WHAT YOU'LL DO ?? • Content Creation: Produce high-quality video content that... aligns with the Manychat brand voice and marketing objectives. • On-Camera Presence: Comfortable being on camera and performing voice-overs for video content. • Content Adaptation: Translate written and other content into engaging videos for use within blog, social, and digital ad content. • Platform Expertise: Proficient in YouTube with a proven track record of growing a channel. At times, you will also be asked to strategize and create content for other channels, including TikTok and Instagram. • Educational Content: Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner through video content. • Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Marketing teams to brainstorm and develop innovative and educational video concepts and series. • Production Management: Manage the end-to-end video production process from ideation to post-production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor video performance metrics and use insights to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement. WHAT YOU'LL BRING ?? • 3-5 years of experience in video production, ideally within a B2B or tech-focused environment. • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). • Strong creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment where priorities may shift.
