If so, we're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our busy front office, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering exceptional service to our customers... and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Open the front lobby entrance and phone lines by 8:00 AM and close them by 5:00 PM each business day. Greet and assist guests, directing them to the appropriate staff members. Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values. Handle incoming calls, including interpreting and assisting Spanish-speaking callers, and route them to the correct team members. Operate a multi-line phone system and manage the online portal for approved purchases. Monitor and maintain a clean, welcoming front lobby area. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages, ensuring timely distribution. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, sorting data in Microsoft Excel, and assisting with office supply orders. Support corporate staff with various administrative tasks as needed. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage emails efficiently and respond promptly to client inquiries. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desirable.
