We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance through live chat channels. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. As a Live Chat Support... your main objective will be to provide quick and accurate responses to customer queries, resolve issues, and offer solutions. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to provide accurate information and guidance.
