Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician

Description We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our growing healthcare startup on a 6-month contract-to-permanent assignment. As part of our Clinical Care team, you will operate under the guidance of a Pharmacist Team Lead and the Head of Operations. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers... and pharmacies to assist with patient cases identified via risk stratification algorithms. In this role, you will conduct interventions, which include obtaining and recording pertinent health and contact details, scheduling appointments, resolving medication-related challenges, and fostering patient engagement to provide outstanding support. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, preparing and mailing correspondence, and executing other assigned tasks as required.
