Responsibilities ? Makes estimate drafts in Xactimate ? Creates Job Files ? Completes Flow Chart ? Customer follow up calls ? Process Monitoring Forms ? Answer the phones ? Works with adjusters regarding billing disputes Qualifications ? Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel ? Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills required ? Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision ? College degree preferred but not required ? Must have valid Driver's License to apply ? Two year of Xactimate experience in contents & fire ?
