Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to health insurance clients via phone, email, and chat. Effectively communicate with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. Accurate data entry into CRM and Excel files Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM. Make our Customers Smile and want to do business with us Qualifications: Bilingual: Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak and understand Spanish. Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to solve problems and build rapport with customers. Technical Skills: At least 1 year of experience using Excel; ability to type accurately and efficiently. Quick Learner: Willingness to learn and understand health insurance terminology and concepts. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze customer issues and provide solutions. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
