Clear Drains LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Data Collections to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our system. You will work remotely and collaborate with our team to collect and verify information for various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities • Enter and manage data in our system accurately and efficiently • Collect and verify information through online research and data collection tools • Update and maintain databases with new and updated information • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular quality checks • Assist with data cleanup and data analysis projects • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in data entry or a similar role • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Excellent typing speed and accuracy • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus • Good communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to data entry guidelines • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues • Availability to work flexible hours if needed Apply Job!
