The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a basic understanding of financial markets, and excellent communication skills.What you will be doing: You will be a Chat Support agent working in a Customer Service role. At the start of your... shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the businesss website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions.
