Early Childhood Education Specialist - Flexible Afternoon/Evening Shifts

Your responsibilities will include... implementing engaging activities aligned with our curriculum, supporting childrens developmental milestones, conducting observations, and assisting with schoolwork or remote learning. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute creative, educational experiences based on our curriculum standards. Ensure a safe and caring environment for children and families. Actively supervise and engage children in activities. Maintain regular communication with children, parents, and colleagues to meet the needs of each child. Additional Opportunities We are currently hiring for afternoon/evening positions with flexible scheduling. Floaters may be assigned to various classrooms daily, providing support and following lesson plans while adapting to daily needs. Qualifications Experience working with children preferred but not required. Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum planning preferred. Ability to interact positively with parents, caretakers, and guardians. Flexibility to work varying shifts based on enrollment needs. High School Diploma/GED required (Preferred: CDA, Associates, or Bachelor's degree). Clean background check and CPR/First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
