Provide technical support to Apple users, handling queries related to Apple hardware, software, and services. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions. 3. Deliver prompt and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about Apple products and services. 5. Document customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in technical support, IT support, or as a help desk technician. 2. Extensive knowledge of Apple products, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple services. 3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. 5. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations. 6. Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus. 7. Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification is a plus. Work Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week. The schedule will be flexible, but candidates must be available to work some weekends and holidays. Location: This is a remote position. Candidates can work from anywhere with reliable internet access.
