Key Responsibilities

Include • Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by generating and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed a personal $2 million annual revenue sales target through strategic leadership to the sales organization, driving a high-performance culture. • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy that aligns with EK Health Services Inc.’s business objectives. Tailor strategies to different regional markets to maximize revenue across the nation. • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a sales teams to ensure alignment, and achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support to ensure success in delivering EK Health’s value propositions to clients. • Sales Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize the sales process across all regions to ensure consistency and efficiency. Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to monitor performance and drive informed decision-making. • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the healthcare industry.
