Job Description
As a Customer Care Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
