Description
Mental Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed independent social worker (LISW) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional care to our clients in Connecticut.
Requirements
- Active LCSW or LISW license in Connecticut.
- Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to support client needs.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Educational Qualifications
