Job Description:

As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and resolving product and service concerns. You will need to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, as you will deal with various customer needs.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.

– Manage and resolve customer complaints.

– Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.

– Provide product and service information to customers.

– Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

– Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
