Data Solutions Inc. is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Reps for immediate remote positions. As a Data Entry Rep, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing various data into our database systems with accuracy and speed. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Responsibilities
- Inputting data into our database systems using keyboards and scanners
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems
- Generating reports and performing backup operations
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
- Providing administrative support as needed
