Job Description:

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent, you will be a part of Amazon’s dynamic customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

– Document customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken.

– Work closely with other team members to meet customer service goals.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Proven customer support experience.

– Strong phone handling and active listening skills.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
