Furnished Rentals is a short-term rental management agency that provides beautifully appointed, furnished accommodation in Auckland. We manage around 70 houses. Our house are all set to 'request to book' - we do not accept instant book. Set up is... PMS is hostaway - API to Airbnb, VRBO, Google and Booking.com Stripe payments, xero accounting software. We are looking for an experienced Airbnb/Hostaway Bookings Manager/Guest services manager. Your role will involve managing all bookings and guests comms. This includes responding to enquiries and accepting bookings, responding to guest messages, updating cleaning schedule, working with the supply team for any repairs/maintenance works/issues, listing and calendar optimization, listing upkeep, channel management, managing owner stays, Airbnb dispute claims etc You would be working with another Bookings Manager on shift.
