Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support tailored to the music and entertainment sectors. • Manage social media accounts and engage in inbound/outbound marketing. • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements. • Coordinate bookings and track expenses. • Support website management, blog updates, and content creation. • Maintain professional communication, both verbal and written. • Multi-task efficiently and uphold a strong work ethic. Qualifications • Experience in the music, entertainment, or a related industry is highly valued. • Proficient in social media management, scheduling, marketing, and content creation. • Skilled in handling expense tracking, travel planning, and website support. • Proficient with both Windows and Mac platforms. • Associate's degree or some college education preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills. Specialized Skills • Experience in marketing, web design, and social media. • Knowledge of IT support and web maintenance (e.g., WordPress, SquareSpace). • Familiarity with internet marketing, including email and forum management.
