Head of Communication
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Communications to extend REEs presence in the industry. You will drive our external communications and PR strategy, develop and foster brand relationships, and create content to amplify our brand... This fully remote role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What You Will Do
At REE Build and lead REEs Corporate Communication strategies Manage REEs media outreach program, including drafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and preparing our executives for speaking engagements Manage external agencies to support the execution of PR plans Drive content creation and prep for key thought leadership moments/events Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, as well as media outlets, industry analysts, and influencers Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication programs and initiatives, and use data to inform future strategy Work closely with cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives, such as product launches, corporate events, and partnerships Internal communications Copywriting support across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels Requirements: 7-10 years of PR and communications experience, strong automotive experience preferred Experience in public companies Creativity and hustle in pitching story angles and opportunities Strong mission alignment around climate and decarbonization Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Website: REE Apply Job!
