This position is for an Strategic Content Program Manager for the Seller University Learning and Development (L&D) team... Key job responsibilities In this role, you'll work with our global partner teams and our central content creation team, and create customer-focused content roadmaps for Seller University content across worldwide stores. You'll define and drive global content strategies that meet sellers' needs and help them start and grow their business. You'll implement mechanisms and workflows that ensure that available content remains fresh, and gets updated as seller programs and tools evolve and change. You'll partner with Content Creation, Program and Product Management, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Service and Risk teams to launch seller initiatives and programs in other global regions, always ensuring accuracy and relevancy worldwide sellers. Key job responsibilities Create content roadmaps that reflect the larger content strategy and educate sellers on key selling tools and programs across global stores. Work with product subject matter experts and vendors to adapt content assets for global stores Set up content maintenance mechanisms that ensure that content updates are implemented on a global level across all relevant stores. Develop and maintain partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to create best practices for efficient global content scaling. Review global store metrics and identify opportunities to adjust content roadmaps and the larger global content strategy. About The Team Amazon Seller University's mission is to educate global sellers with high-quality, multi-modality content covering tools, features, and programs, to empower and equip them to run a successful business. We are a team of product, learning design, program, analytics, and tech professionals who work collaboratively to innovate for and educate sellers. Basic Qualifications • 4+ years of program or project management experience • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization • Experience in defining, developing, and executing on ambitious content roadmaps. Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules • Experience in localization or global scaling of programs and initiatives; knowledge of a second language encouraged. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
