You will play a vital role in strengthening relationships with our clients and contributing to the overall success of our organization. • *Key Responsibilities:** -

Client Interaction:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. -

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. -

Issue Resolution:

Assess problems and escalate to the appropriate internal departments as necessary, following through to ensure prompt resolution and client follow-up. -

Data Entry & Management:

Accurately input and maintain client information in our systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to organizational policies. -

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide insightful guidance to clients. -

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the client experience. -

Reporting & Analytics:

Utilize analytical skills to evaluate client feedback and performance metrics, developing recommendations for improvement initiatives. -

Training & Development:

Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and best practices for client service. • *Requirements:** -

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. -

Personality Traits:

- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with composure. - Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment. -

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Critical thinking abilities to assess situations and recommend effective solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on active listening and empathy. -

Technology Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications; ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies. -
