Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. - Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. - Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize e-commerce initiatives and enhance the customer journey. - Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience. - Conduct customer segmentation analysis to tailor marketing efforts effectively. - Utilize tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud and Pardot for campaign management and automation. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Requirements - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Lemlist, Lemwarm, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo. - Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics platforms to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with CRMs such as hubspot, salesforce, and zoho preferred. - Experience in email marketing strategies and best practices. - Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques to enhance targeted marketing efforts. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
